About Ayhan’s Restaurants

Ayhan’s Mediterranean restaurants include some of Long Island’s favorite restaurants, and are acclaimed for their authentic Mediterranean cuisine, warm hospitality and lively ambiance. Ayhan’s Mediterranean restaurants are unique because they each serve a fusion cuisine that includes the best authentic dishes and beverages from Turkey, Greece, Israel, Cyprus and many other eastern Mediterranean regions.

Ayhan introduced Mediterranean cuisine to Long Island over 35 years ago, starting with the original Shish Kebab Restaurant in Port Washington. In recent years Ayhan opened a popular Shish Kebab restaurant in Baldwin.

In 2016 Ayhan opened the exciting new Fish On Main, a Mediterranean Seafood Grill, in Port Washington. The restaurant updated the prior Fish Kebab concept and has received excellent reviews.
